I'll say that it's very nice of Steam to have such a huge number of titles on sale, and I've snagged a few games that I've wanted but it sort of sucks to be in Japan... I'm pretty much getting the US store on my Steam here with prices in USD, but for some reason some games (like Alpha Protocol today!) are unavailable so if I'm not attentive I may miss some good deals. The good thing is the yen is strong so what games I'll be able to get in USD are cheaper for me
Also fortunately a while ago Steam support taught me a way to use my home credit card, which means I'll get access to the European store as well, but the prices there are expensive compared to the US/Japanese store...
