(In the post-GTASA gaming world, what looks good to you next?)It looks like DMC3 will take over my life or afterlife!! I am also really looking forward to another capcom game (they seem to have a few coming out)- Shadow of Rome. This title looks like it has it all and probably will end up in my 2005 top 10 already. SOR is gonna pack some gruesome graphics, check out some screenshots or a trailer if you can on the homepage www.capcom.com/shadow (http://www.capcom.com/shadow) i preordered and got a sweet shirt free. Anyone know if half life will come out for ps2?

HL2 prob for the PS3 and XBox2. It will not come out for the current systems.

Since HL2 uses more CPU power than any of the games released in the past year, it probably won't be ported to any of the current generation of consoles, and definitely not the PS2.

HL2 is very flexible Doom 3 is a crappy piece of ---- in terms of it's resource usage it's huge resource hog. Half Life 2 will be on XBOX not !

Hylian, it's not that ridiculous a notion... ya know Doom 3 is coming to Xbox, ya? In March. Anyway, you can't directly compare min. processing power for a PC game against what's in a console... doesn't really work.

There WERE plans for Halflife 2 on Xbox (perhaps more than just 'plans'), but I think it got delayed (probably till Xbox 2/PS3).

In any event, Halflife 2 will totally not come out for PS2.

I'm keeping my eye on DMC3, but I'm still POed about DMC2...

DMC3 is looking pretty awesome, and RE4 has me feeling pretty good about Capcom. av_smile.gif

I'm not taking anything for granted when it comes to DMC3... DMC2 was such a suckfest. I DO love the song in that DMC3 trailer though... I found just the song ripped out of the movie, and I listen to that sometimes.

They are responsible for many of my favorite games since the beginning... from Bionic Commando to Steel Battalion. They certainly aren't perfect, but who is? They make tons of great stuff.
