I'm gonna go ahead and admit I didn't know who Thompson was before this thread, but after that video, I must say I'm a fan. The cigar was an especially nice touch.

You guys didn't know Fred Thompson? He's been in many films and TV shows. Very charismatic character. His IMDB profile: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000669/

I don't know his political record though.

I respect Mr moore to some degree, however he is going about it the wrong way. He seems to be bashing people, rather then trying to help and sit down and talk with people , about the issue.

Hey guys,

It is true he is a very charismatic and likable guy, especially when compared to other politicians we have grown to hate over time.

But, be careful. Politically, he has been involved in Washington for a long time, and especially with K street. So, read up on that before you cast your vote.

By the way, I hate Moore. :)
