You know what would make that trailer better?



Venom.

Actually I hated the first movie, and thus never saw the second. This one looks like it's shaping up to be pretty good though.

eddie brock is in it, and so is the venom symbiot, but this isnt a movie about venom, its more one about the symbiot itself
im guessing that Venom will make a short cameo appearance near the end, or it will just show eddie finding the symbiot (or the symbiot finding him) and not show them fully combined into venom at all

I realize all that full and well, and Venom is slated to make an appearance in the movie (as Venom, not just Eddie Brock). I was just saying I would have liked to see the character in the trailer. O'course, it'll be more satisfying waiting for the movie to see what he looks like, but I was being humorous. Tee hee, yes?

i didnt say Venom wasnt going to be in it, i said that it isnt a movie about Venom, its a movie about the Venom symbiot
the next one will probably be about Venom

and the first picture is Venom, the second picture isnt

You did say Venom wasn't going to be in it. You said that the Venom symbiot would be in it, Eddie Brock would be in, but the fully combined Venom wouldn't. The first pic shows that he will be in it as the fully combined Venom. Even if it is only for a short time.

Meh... nevermind... don't care.... any comic book movie that uses "Raindrops keep falling on my head" in it's soundtrack, without comic intent, earns my eternal contempt.
