Scary Molly Ivins article on Alternet (http://www.alternet.org/mediaculture/22262/) about Ken Tomlinson. I found out about this a few days ago.
I'd say that I'm surprised by this but since it's a radically powermad, Liberal-hating, stupid, selfish, closeminded, tunnelvisioned, uncaring Republican we're talking about here I can't really say that I am surprised. PBS is so not Liberal and to totally destroy it by making it (and NPR) Conservative only is not the way to go. That is not the American way. Well, not their screwed up version of America, that is. If it happens before the next election and the Dems can then somehow regain complete control of the entire government then I hope that they can fix this pronto. Not that I expect the Dems to retake everything but I can dream.
