All I see is *Law Suits*, more of OUR Money going down the Drain... For needless & *Greedy Lawyers*..

I would argue rightfully so in this case. This is not a slip in Walmart or a person suing for their own stupidity.

Oils introduced into the body can give you all sort of weird health problems down the road. My stepdad used to SCUBA *ALOT*. He was on a trip on Mexico or some such. He went diving the day before and started to feel quite ill after the trip. Walking around the ground to feel a bit better, he saw the local hands filling the SCUBA tanks with a regular shop compressor, the oil type. This atomized the oil and put in their breathing air, which then got into their blood stream. This gave him all sort of problems for years, off and on. Of course being that the resort was in some 3rd world nation, there was not much he could do execpt tell the other divers what he saw.

That said, I wish more of the settlement money in big class actions would truly go to those impacted, rather than the lawyers.
