What's really funny though.

Feb 15 last minute offer of a 42.5 million salary cap not tied to revenues. NHLPA says not acceptable.

Today, settling on a floor of $22-$24 mil to a ceiling of $34 - $36 mil tied to revenues.

End result, NHL Players and the NHLPA are dumb as rocks.
